Who are we, well we are the ORIGINATORS of the Mini Chopper Plans on Ebay. BUT we are no longer selling on Ebay since Ebay suspended our account for violating their stupidest policy yet, which is their Digital Download Policy. The part that really makes Ebay A POS is that they continually allow another seller to get away with selling similar digital download plans OUTSIDE the Classified Ads category. The same reason our account was suspended.

A few dumb asses at Ebay came up with a new policy a couple of months ago for Digital Download Items. This new policy is basically forcing all sellers to list their Digital Download Items in the Classified Ads Category. This is the 1st part of stupidity, what the hell does Digital Downloads have to do with Classified Ads?

What were the dumb asses reasoning behind this new policy? Well for starters, to list an item in the Classified Ads Section costs the seller a $10.00 per listing fee vs about $1.00 prior when the item could be listed in another category. That's an automatic $9.00 profit for Ebay and a rip-off to the seller. The seller then has to pass that along to the buyer which rips off the buyer.

Here is a statement that was received in an email from an Ebay support person named Tony.
"The issue with digital goods is that they are often reproduced at little to no cost to the seller.

On eBay, this creates the potential for Feedback Manipulation. To preserve the integrity of the Feedback system,
all goods that can be digitally downloaded or transferred electronically must be listed using the Classified Ads format."

Notice the 1st sentenance, "The issue with digital goods is that they are often reproduced at little to no cost to the seller.  HMMM from what I have learned about business, one of the first objects is to produce a product at the lowest cost possible in order to increase profits. It is none of Ebay's damn business how much an item cost to produce nor try to manipulate how much profit a seller can make.

Now the BS about feedback manipulation. Ebay's feedback system has been screwed up from day one. It has always been based on a matter of opinion and NOT fact. Well you know what the saying is about opinions, they are just like ass holes everyone has one.

 So what if a seller sells 100 digital download items for $5.00 and receives positive feedback on all of them If the seller did his job by describing the item well, delivered the item, and delivered the item on time then the seller should receive positive feedback, WHAT'S THE BIG MANIPULATION DEAL HERE?........ There isn't one.

If the seller "fudged" the description about his item and it was actually junk, or failed to deliver the item then the seller should receive negative feedback.

SO... I don't see feedback manipulation at all. The PROBLEM lies in Ebay's feedback system BUT they want to point the finger at the seller and come up with lame ass excuses. This policy is just another way for Ebay to increase their profits and screw the sellers out of theirs.
